Missions
Committed to Global Impact
For more than 50 years, the Independent Assemblies Fellowship has believed that missions is not a side ministry of the church — it is at the very heart of the gospel. From small towns to major cities, from local churches to remote villages across the world, we are committed to seeing lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ.
What began decades ago as a fellowship of pastors and churches united around prayer, encouragement, and spiritual oversight also carried a deep burden for world missions. That commitment continues today through the support of more than 30 active missionaries serving around the globe.
These missionaries are planting churches, training leaders, operating Bible schools, caring for children, strengthening communities, and carrying the gospel into places many of us may never personally go. Yet through prayer, partnership, and giving, we go with them.
Join us in reaching people with the hope of Jesus.
More Than Financial Support
Missions is about people. It’s about pastors faithfully preaching the gospel in difficult places. It’s about children hearing the name of Jesus for the first time. It’s about churches being planted where there once was no gospel witness. It’s about restoring hope to communities through practical ministry and Spirit-filled compassion.
At the IA, we believe missions works best through relationship and fellowship. We stay connected with the missionaries we support because they are not distant projects — they are part of our family. Their victories become our victories. Their burdens become our burdens. Their calling becomes a shared mission.
Every gift given helps strengthen ministries that are actively serving on the front lines of gospel work around the world.
A Fellowship Built With Missions in Mind
Since the late 1950s, the Independent Assemblies Fellowship has existed to bring together independent churches, pastors, missionaries, and ministries for fellowship, encouragement, and gospel advancement. Supporting world missions was one of the founding values of the fellowship from the very beginning.
Today, that same vision continues through churches and individuals who believe we are better together than we are alone.
As a Spirit-filled fellowship, we remain committed to helping fulfill the Great Commission through:
Ministerial training
Bible schools
Orphan and children’s ministries
Evangelism and outreach
Community support ministries
Long-term missionary partnerships
Whether serving in villages, cities, schools, churches, or other outreach efforts, our missionaries are carrying the hope of Christ into real places with real needs.
Partner with Us
When you support IA Missions, you become part of something larger than a single church or ministry. You help strengthen leaders, encourage missionaries, and open doors for the gospel in nations and communities across the world.
Some train pastors, some care for children, and some reach forgotten communities, but all of them are carrying the message of Christ to the world. And none of them should have to do it alone.
There are several ways you can partner with IA Missions:
Pray for our missionaries and the nations they serve
Give financially to support ongoing missions efforts
Share missions opportunities with your church or ministry
Stay connected through IA events and updates
Encourage missionaries serving on the field
Together, we can continue advancing the gospel to the nations!
